Okay so what have i been doing this pass few days?? I VE BEEN TO XUE SHENG YING!!!!!! WHOOOOO!!! IT'S SO DAMN FUN! it's like a hundred times better then YPM camp la!(no offence) OH GOD I LOVED IT SO MUCHH!! (student camp. cos ahs inside got all saints church then organise this camp for the students in ahs.)
You noe at first when i just joined the camp i was like 100 percent positive it's gonna be a negative experience. i was like lost all hope and emo and like super unsure lor. and that time i also din trust in God. and i forgot whether i prayed or not.
so the first day, thursday was crap! duh!. every first day of camp is crap naturally. then when you come to the end of it like SUPER se bu de. Why was it crap? Because in our group have 12 people. 6 from St John's 5 from Guitar.(and one is me la. cos im not from ahs rite.) then the st john's people all girls and appear very cliquish. the guitar got two boys. So then i was like super sad.
then time drag by... and we had boring ice breakers and games + bible study which was not very interesting.. Then like suddenly i become quite close to claire la. I think she's super nice. and She's not the kind where you will get a good impression when you first see her. but i think she's very nice :DDD
so it is 5 days two nights!
then on friday BAM!! night games! i shall tell you more about this exciting "night games" .. there are 23 stations(there are 23 groups) in the canteen la. then every station we have 1 minute to get as many stars as possible. there are some significant stations which are very fun!(and disgusting..) this station, you have to put your face in a bowl of water, then into a bowl of green beans then swipe all the green beans you collected on your face onto another bowl, then everybody must do. so naturallly it's disgusting since all the more than 300 people in the camp put their face in those disgusting bowls of disgustingness.. haha i actually ate the green beans then spat it out. and many people did that too. imagine putting your face in the green beans.. somemore they reuse the green beans so when the next group come they put all the spat out green beans back...
then there was this passing of biscuit through the mouth.... it's like so disgusting!!! but my sis got to stand beside the quite cute ns group leader (unfair rite. i noe.) haha. IT WAS FUN. cos everybody was enthu and din care about gender. they just wanted to pass the biscuit!! so it has been through all the group members mouth. then after we transfer it to a bowl, we had to eat the biscuits.... ....
OH there's another same station except we had to lie down and hold up a pail of slippers with our legs and pass around a chocky(big version of pocky) and try to eat it. so after it had been passed to weijie and jacob and all the other mouths i ate it!! so disgusting la! i dun even dare to swaallow my own saliva. shouldnt have! but cos everyone din want to eat it(cos it's disgusting).. ..
imagine if my ypms class does it with the spencer they all then they will be like ew... (cos all girls are from girls school)but i guess WE ARE GOING TO DO IT on saturday. cos helu mentioned a very planned out array of "exciting and fun games"with the petra and joshua people.
another station was drinking of disgusting liquids. It was like some dark brownish thing and every group member had to drink some. it tasted like... like... URINE. ew. flinch.
AHAHHA NIGHT GAMES WAS SUPER FUN. i think it bonded us alot alot.
OH ON THE NEXT NIGHT......... ..There was this talent show which each group had to do an MV according to their chosen songs. ours was qing fei de yi..
haha of course we din la. but benedict's street dance was so amazing, i was like falling over him la. but it onlly last from that night supper till the next morning's breakfast.. tsk tsk.
but i still cheer for the other guy called shengyong who did break dancing cos he seems much humbler.
overall i sat beside amanda and we were like screaming away!! HAHA it was so fun!!
the next day was amazing race. i feel quite happy that i ran alot for the trading cards section but din feel tired. i like running!! overall i love the amazing race. we travelled to different mrt stations and places like bugis and raffles... lavender.. and to east coast!
everyone was very tired BUT GUESS WAHT?!!??! WE CAME IN 3RD!!! wow! so amazing! we ran alot man... somemore only got three guys!
after praise and worship upsize, we had campfire then A VERY FUN MASS DANCE! I like dancing!!! hahaha!! then we had bbq! with our groups. they allowed us to stay up as late as we want and me and liying had alot of heart to heart talk. i think in this camp i figured out hen duo lor.
yup. so we lay around the carpark,,, on the diry floor cos bu yuan yi go to our bunks.
i only had 2 hours of sleep. but still have to drag myself to the toilet. i had alot of joy and laughter in this camp lor. especially weijie always make hiim laugh. i like the camp alot cos there is alot af drama and some skits/short plays/mines that some professional leaders will make up and some of them are really fun while some can make you cry. i think they put in alot of effort in rehearsing. haha. i will kinda miss student camp but i finish emoing about how sad it would be when talking with liying. i ll still miss student camp though. ThankGod for this wonderful experience. liying will believe in GOD one day.
